Steam Genie Sizzler ME Series - LPG heated
We manufacture 3 different LPG heated slide-in truck mounted units that can be mounted in many different kinds of vans and trucks. In the USA the Sizzler series is our most popular equipment. We make two different sizes: the SGS 36 ME and the SGD 45 ME.

The SGS-36 Sizzler ME is a single-wand extraction machine equipped with a 18 hp Kohler engine and a Tuthill - MD Pneumatics 3006 vacuum blower. We have found the SGS-36 to be the most reliable truck mounted slide-in system.

The SGD-45 Sizzler ME Dual is equipped with a 22 hp Kohler engine and a Tuthill - MD Pneumatics 4005 vacuum blower. The SGD-45 Sizzler should be considered primarily a single wand machine. The SGD-45 uses a 120,000 BTU or an optional 180,000 BTU propane heater capable of maintaining consistent cleaning temeratures in excess of 220 degrees F, no matter what your cleaning style.

Steam Genie PTO - Heat Exchanger
Our two PTO truck mounted systems are designed to be installed in a variety of current model Chevrolet & Dodge V8 powered American made vans (consult factory for specific applications). These are very popular units in the USA because they offer the best reliability and least maintenance of any other type of truck mounted system. Power for the unit is derived directly from the van's engine and heat is derived from the van's cooling system. Vacuum power is comparable to our slide in units and cleaning temperatures average 185-195 degrees F. By far our most popular unit for companies requiring equipment simplicity for maintenance considerations, as well as ease of operation for less skilled operators. Unit is available with Tuthill - MD Pneumatics 4005, or 4007 vacuum blower.
